Our History
Networx gp was formed in Indianapolis, Indiana in 2005 in response to the requests
of Healthcare providers. As Networx gp has grown, its contract offerings have steadily increased and the company now has hundreds of agreements in place that apply directly to Long Term Care. The geographical reach of the company has also continued to expand and Networx gp now serves customers in 16 states, mainly in the Midwest and southeastern United States.
Our owners have a combined 40 years of experience assisting nursing home providers with vendor negotiations and group purchasing partnerships. They have built an arsenal of aggressive agreements that offer our members vital savings from quality suppliers
To further enhance our offerings, Networx gp recently acquired the management and operation rights of the non-acute care division of Amerinet, a national Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) for the states of Indiana, Kentucky and Florida. Networx gp will now be responsible for the management of Amerinet’s Long Term Care, Assisted Living, and other Human Services Membership base in these states.
This new relationship allows us to not only combine our purchasing volume with Amerinet and enhance our current vendor offerings, but it also gives us access to many new national agreements which expands the portfolio of offerings available to Networx gp members.
